From a user's perspective, the SDC-CF20G is a compact flash card. From a regulatory and certification perspective, the SDC-CF20G is the same core product (with identical radio performance) as the SDC-CF10G.
Regulatory Certifications

Wi-Fi Certification
Additionally, Summit has secured Wi-Fi Alliance certification for the SDC-CF20G as a "Dependent Product" of the SDC-CF10G.
